Bengals head coach Zac Taylor provided an update on wide receiver Ja"Marr Chase, stating that he hasn"t been ruled out for Saturday"s game against Pittsburgh. Responding to a report suggesting Chase might miss at least one game due to a separated shoulder, Taylor emphasized that it"s too early to make a definitive call.

Taylor mentioned that they"ll monitor Chase"s progress throughout the week before making any decisions. Chase has been a crucial part of the Bengals" success this season, leading the team in receptions with 93 catches for 1,156 yards and seven touchdowns.

"We’ll see how the week goes," Taylor said.

Despite facing challenges after quarterback Joe Burrow"s season-ending wrist injury, the Bengals have unexpectedly won three consecutive games with Jake Browning at the helm. Now, they find themselves in the thick of the AFC wild card race. Having Chase on the field for the upcoming game in Pittsburgh would undoubtedly be a boost for the team, and Taylor is keeping the possibility open.
