There is all to play for as the Eagles, Ravens, 49ers, Dolphins and Lions all have a chance to claim NFL number one seed ahead of week 17 and 18

The Philadelphia Eagles still have hopes of finishing as the number one seeds and should easily coast against a dismal Cardinals side.

If the Eagles win, and the Miami Dolphins beat the Baltimore Ravens then all three teams will have an identical 12-4 record.

It will then come down to week 18, with the Eagles playing the Giants, the Ravens taking on the Steelers and Miami facing the dangerous Josh Allen led Buffalo Bills.

The Eagles start as heavy favorites, with the Jalen Hurts team snapping a losing streak with a Christmas day win over the Giants.

The Detroit Lions, who have won a conference for the first time in 30 years are also in the race and at 11-4 they will need to beat the Cowboys at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, tough ask.

Another team looking to go 12-4 are the San Francisco 49ers, who play the poor Washington Commanders.

All eyes will be on the games in Philadelphia, Washington, Dallas and Baltimore this week.

Four teams could go into week 18 on identical records and head-to-head results could sway the seeding.
