On January 2, Antonio Brown took to social media to air his grievances against former Buccaneers teammate Tom Brady.
It started after a video was posted by an account named Tony Stark Stan Account, wherein Brady appeared to make comments about his experiences in NFL, leaving the door open for interpretation.
He was 100% dissing that clown Antonio Brown here and I FUCKING LOVE it!!🔥 pic.twitter.com/xHW7utQc82

Alongside, the fan account wrote in the caption:
“He was 100% dissing that clown Antonio Brown here and I FUCKING LOVE it!!”
Next, Antonio Brown reposted the video and didn’t hold back in his response.
Brown accused Brady of selfishness, suggesting that the legendary quarterback was driven by personal statistics, drawing comparisons to Peyton Manning, and insinuating a desire to surpass Drew Brees’ career stats. Brown’s post seemed to imply that he played a pivotal role coming off the bench to aid Brady’s team in winning.
“Ask anyone is Tom Brady selfish bro want stats too you think he like Payton manning or you think he didn’t play longer then drew Brees to past his stats ok ima let the crackers thinks it’s me when I’m coming off the bench to help his team win,” wrote Brown.

The social media drama continued as an X user named Will entered the fray, defending Tom Brady’s efforts to salvage Antonio Brown’s career.
Will highlighted Brady’s professional and personal attempts to support Brown, even opening up his home to the controversial wide receiver.
“Tom Brady tried multiple times to save ur career and opened up his home to you, he rocked w/ you when nobody else was and you made him a fool for it. This is how you end up w/ nobody on your side in life,” wrote Will.

Brown, however, remained unswayed, dismissing these efforts and accusing Will of using him for a purpose and discarding him once that purpose was fulfilled.
“How you gone save a guy career who dominated the game his whole career! AB took himself out the game I ain’t buying that shit u selling! U sound like a cracker trying to make it seem like you did so much for me whole time you using me for your purpose once fulfilled just like a cracker say your Done, ranted Brown.

The roots of this public feud trace back to 2021 when Antonio Brown first claimed that Tom Brady labeled him a “narcissist” and attempted to exert control over him.
Previously, Antonio accused Brady of targeting his agent during contract negotiations.

Also, Brown even shared a photoshopped image featuring Gisele Bundchen and Brady, with Brown’s face replacing Brady’s.
Tom Brady and Antonio Brown were teammates on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2020-2021.
In Week 17, Brown created controversy by leaving the field mid-game, leading to his dismissal from the Buccaneers. He later claimed injury and accused the team of a cover-up.
On January 6, 2022, the Buccaneers officially released Brown, and he finished the season with 42 catches, 545 yards, and four touchdowns in seven games. Brown announced his retirement on March 2, 2023, only to unretire on April 28, 2023.
Antonio Brown enjoyed a successful 12-season career in the NFL, playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and New England Patriots.
Drafted by the Steelers in 2010, he contributed to the team’s Super Bowl appearance in his rookie season and achieved seven Pro Bowl selections, securing one championship.
Since 2011, Brown has been the NFL’s most productive wide receiver, leading in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.
He reached 11,000 receiving yards in 129 games, marking the second-fewest games in NFL history to reach this milestone.
Additional highlights of Brown’s career include leading the league in receiving yards in 2014 and 2017, leading in receptions in 2014 and 2015, and being the first player to surpass 1,000 yards in both receiving and returning in a single year.
