The 2021 Rams, the last team Odell Beckham played for, won the Super Bowl. So it goes without saying that Beckham thinks his current team is the best he’s ever played for.
Beckham said in the Ravens locker room after Sunday’s win over the Dolphins that he believes the 2023 Ravens are the best team he’s ever played on.
“This is the best team I’ve ever been on, from the top to the bottom. We set ourselves up for success,”
Beckham said, as shown on Inside the NFL.
“Everything is right in front of us.”

In fact, in the sixteen games they’ve played, this Ravens is one of the best teams in NFL history.
Beckham and his teammates know they need to win two more AFC playoff games and three more Super Bowls in Baltimore to truly go down in history as the greatest player.
The Baltimore Ravens received the No. 1. seed in the AFC in encouraging fashion after defeating the Miami Dolphins 56-19 on Sunday. A team that is over .500 for at least three games last week.
There is no doubt that the Ravens are playing their best football at the right time. That’s why they’re willing to bring up Lombardi next month.
Odell Cornelious Beckham Jr. (born November 5, 1992), known by his initials OBJ, is an American football wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL).
Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Beckham played football for the LSU Tigers and was a first-team All-American in 2013. In Beckham’s first year at LSU, he started in the 2012 BCS National Championship Game, and later won the Paul Hornung.
In his first season with the New York Giants, Beckham broke several NFL Rookie of the Year records despite missing the first four games of the season due to injury.
Beckham became the first player to record more than 75 receptions, 1,100 yards and 10 touchdowns in his rookie season, and broke the rookie record for most receiving yards per game.
In 2016, he recorded his first 100-yard season after helping the Giants to an 11-5 regular season record and their first career NFL championship.
Beckham was selected to the Pro Bowl in his first three seasons and was named to the All-Pro team twice.
Beckham was signed by the Los Angeles Rams in mid-2021 after playing with the Cleveland Browns.
Beckham and the Rams went on to win Super Bowl LVI. He spent the 2022 season out of football while rehabbing an ACL injury he sustained in the Super Bowl before signing with the Ravens in 2023.
Following Baltimore’s dominant victory, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Spoke to the Ravens locker room and made a declaration that caught the attention of his teammates.
“This is a great feeling,”
Beckham said.
“This is probably the best team — not probably, this is the best team I’ve ever been on from the top to the bottom.”
Odell Beckham Jr. made a spectacular catch in the second quarter against the Ravens. He describes the catch as a routine play that he should have made but acknowledges that it looked special to others.
His teammates have high expectations for him and believe that he should make every catch that comes his way. This keeps him accountable and motivates him to be great.
Beckham Jr. is excited about the playoffs and the opportunity to compete for a Super Bowl title. He has never been on a team with the number one seed or won a division title before.
He describes the locker room celebration after clinching the AFC’s top seed as a great feeling but emphasizes that it is just a steppingstone to the ultimate goal of winning the Super Bowl.
Beckham Jr. praises Lamar Jackson for his leadership and energy. He says that Jackson is the team’s general and leader, and that he has done a phenomenal job this season.
When asked what makes this team different from other teams he has been on, Beckham Jr. says that it is the best team he has ever been on in the NFL.
He credits the organization and the players for the team’s success.
Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. gets the attention of his friends after Baltimore’s big win. That includes the 2021 Los Angeles Rams, who went 12-5 and won the Super Bowl.
OBJ won Super Bowl MVP that year but tore his ACL after throwing for 52 yards and a touchdown in the big game.
Baltimore has a chance to extend its winning streak to 14 games for the second straight season by defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday.
This is also the second time the Ravens have earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC Championship Game. Baltimore did just that in 2019 when Jackson won MVP.
