The Washington Commanders have wasted little time in bringing in fresh blood in the front office with owner Josh Harris reaching into the NBA for top-tier talent.
The Commanders lost their week 18 match up 10-38, going down to a fearsome Dallas Cowboys side.
But the die was cast long before this game, as the Commanders finished last in the NFC east with a 4-13 record.
Harris has hired Golden State Warriors GM Bob Myers to be part of the front office in Washington, with the 2-time Executive of the Year and four-time NBA champion looking to make a success in another major sport.
The Commanders fired HC Ron Rivera after the loss, and he finished his tenure with a 26-40-1 record.
The command centre has also hired former Vikings GM Rick Spielman to assist with the search for a new head coach and personnel.
