“I just want to enjoy this. Can a guy have that?” Michigan Wolverines Head Coach Jim Harbaugh sidesteps inquiries about his future plans, requests privacy from the media

The Michigan Wolverines have recently defeated the Washington Huskies and have been crowned the College Football Playoff National Champions. The concluding score with which they clinched the title was 34-13.

The season has been tumultuous for the head coach Jim Harbaugh, as he was suspended for the last three games of the regular season by the Big Ten. He was suspended due to a sign-stealing controversy.

However, the head coach overcame that and has now spearheaded the Wolverines to the top spot in college football. Harbaugh has already received the question that was on many minds about whether he would want to win the Super Bowl.

According to Pro Football Talk, the head coach had replied, “I just want to enjoy this. I just want to enjoy this. I hope you can give me that. Can a guy have that? Does it always have to be what’s next? What’s the future? Like I said the other day, yeah, I hope to have a future. Hope there’s a tomorrow. A day after tomorrow. A next week, a next month, a next year.”

“Just one last thing. I’ve got two great loves. My love at work, you know the people I work with. The coaches, the staff, the players. And the love I have for my family at home. . . . The loves of my life. . . . To be here with our team and those two families together, celebrating. It is glorious. It is just a beautiful thing.”

The upcoming time for Harbaugh has garnered its due attention, as many are waiting to find out more about his next steps. According to PFT, when Harbaugh appeared with Scott Van Pelt on SportsCenter, he again sidelined the question regarding his future. However, he did mention his plans regarding postponing spring practice by a month.
