Connor Stalions, a former off-field analyst for Michigan, is central to the scandal. He allegedly purchased tickets to over 35 games at 17 stadiums across the country to scout upcoming opponents. Twelve Big Ten schools confirmed Stalions bought tickets to their games. The NCAA’s involvement began when an outside firm provided computer drives containing evidence of illicit scouting maintained by multiple Michigan coaches.
Harbaugh denies knowledge of the alleged sign-stealing, asserting that their scouting adheres to the rules.
