Michigan Wolverines’ Jim Harbaugh Eyes NFL Comeback After Undefeated Season and Championship Triumph

Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh led his team to an unbeaten season and an 34-13 win over the Washington Huskies in the championship final last night.

Harbaugh managed to put two suspensions and six missed games behind him this season and after the impressive win, he could turn his attention to the NFL.

The former San Francisco 49ers head coach joined Michigan in 2015 and was embroiled for much of this season with the sign-stealing saga.

His players were peppered with questions in the wake of the win, but Harbaugh intercepted them and said, “We’re innocent and we stood strong and tall because we knew we were innocent. And I’d like to point that out.

“And these guys are innocent. And overcome that? It wasn’t that hard because we knew we were innocent.”

“(The season) went exactly how we wanted it to go. It went exactly how we wanted it to go.”

There are a few options for Harbaugh in the NFL with the Chargers, Raiders, Falcons, Patriots and Panthers on the prowl.

He previously was set to land the Vikings job last season but missed out, and surely 2024 will see his return to the big time.

He is quirky, competitive, even argumentative but there is no doubting his credentials.
