The Seattle Seahawks have occupied the third position in the NFC West division and their season has been concluded with a win over the Arizona Cardinals. They had defeated the Cardinals squad by a score of 21-20.

The owner of the team, Jody Allen, has also released a statement saying that the former head coach’s role is changing and that he isn’t leaving the Seahawks organisation.
Allen shared, “After thoughtful meetings and careful consideration for the best interest of the franchise, we have amicably agreed with Pete Carroll that his role will evolve from head coach to remain with the organization as an advisor.”
“Pete is the winningest coach in Seahawks history, brought the city its first Super Bowl title, and created a tremendous impact over the past 14 years on the field and in the community.”
“His expertise in leadership and building a championship culture will continue as an integral part of our organization moving forward. Pete will always be a beloved member of the Seahawks family.”
The Seahawks had acquired Carroll in 2010 from USC Trojans Football and under the tutelage of Carroll, the squad had achieved great heights. After two seasons, the Seahawks acquired Russell Wilson. After two years, Wilson and Carroll went on to win the Super Bowl Championship XLVIII.
Under 14 years of leadership from the former head coach, the Seahawks went to the playoffs nine times. Carroll was one of the coaches under whom the organization had found great success. However, the 2023 season has ended for the Seahawks with a score of 9-8. In 2022, the squad made it to the playoffs but this season they missed it due to multiple reasons and slipped possibilities.
