MLB shortstop Tim Anderson and his wife Bria have exciting news to share – they are expecting their third child!
Bria revealed the happy news on Instagram, flaunting her baby bump while celebrating Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s 116th Founders’ Day on January 15.
Bria’s third pregnancy comes two years after Tim Anderson was involved in a scandal with a woman named Dejah Lanee, resulting in the birth of a child out of wedlock.
The affair became public in July 2022 when Dejah posted photos of her baby bump, claiming to be carrying Anderson’s child.
Dejah eventually gave birth to a son in October 2022, but it wasn’t until February 2023 that Tim publicly acknowledged the child as his own through an Instagram Story.
Dejah Lanee is also a mother to a son named Denim and a daughter named Demi from a previous relationship.
Tim Anderson and Bria got hitched in November 2017. They welcomed their first child, a daughter, Paxton, in 2016, and their second child, another daughter, Pyeton, in 2019.
Tim Anderson was selected in the first round of the 2013 MLB draft by the White Sox. Making his MLB debut in 2016, he has achieved notable milestones, leading the American League in batting average in 2019, winning the Silver Slugger Award in 2020, and earning All-Star honors in 2021 and 2022.
As of now, he is a free agent in the MLB.
