“Lmao. Looks like he changed his mind” Los Angeles Lakers Stick to Familiar Playoff Lineup Despite Current Struggles; Face Challenges with Key Players’ Absences

The Los Angeles Lakers are in ninth place in the Western Conference and for the season, they are 22-22. According to Lakers Daily, the Los Angeles Lakers will commence with the same lineup that they had primarily used throughout the playoffs of the last season.

Against the Portland Trail Blazers, the lineup of the Lakers’ squad consisted of D’Angelo Russell, Austin Reaves, LeBron James, Rui Hachimura, and Anthony Davis. They defeated the Blazers with the concluding score of 134-110.

Taurean Prince will not be playing against the Portland Trail Blazers because of “knee soreness”. In last season’s playoff, the Lakers squad commenced its game with James LeBron, Anthony Davis, and Austin Reaves in all of their postseason games. With these incredible players, the Lakers were able to reach the Western Conference Finals by defeating the Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies.

However, Lakers head coach Darvin Ham was probably hoping to start the 2023–24 season with this lineup but might be unable to do so due to multiple reasons that are not yet clear. Vanderbilt was absent from the squad due to an injury to his heel and has only made five starts.

Prince for the Lakers squad, has become a prominent defender and can further guard many positions on the court with success. The Los Angeles Lakers will next face the Los Angeles Clippers.
