“Feels surreal that we’re not practicing today.” – Bills quarterback Josh Allen, after Buffalo lose to Chiefs in a playoff match – again

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has called for cool heads after the team lost again to the Chiefs in a playoff tie.

In what is becoming familiar the Kansas City team defeated the Bills for the third time in four seasons in the playoffs.

The Chiefs defeated the Bills 27-24 after a late missed field goal stopped the game going into overtime.

“No. Not at all,” Allen said when asked if he’s worried about the future of this Bills team, “I believe in what we’ve got going on here and the people that are in charge. I believe in myself. And that will never change.”

When asked if changes were coming to Buffalo in the wake of their defeat to the Chiefs receiver Gabe Davis said, “There’s probably going to be a lot of change, whether it’s personnel, guys coming, guys not — again, that’s all speculation.

“I just gotta continue to keep working hard and bringing the guys that are here along and keep trying to mesh everyone together.”

The Bills will be desperate to clinch another shot at the Chiefs next season and next time they will make it count.

Allen admits that it “feels surreal that we’re not practicing today.”

“It didn’t feel like our season was done yet,” Allen said.

“Honestly, still doesn’t feel that way. We had a lot of good things going in the right direction.
