Silver joined the league in 1992 and took over the positions of senior vice president and chief operating officer. Other positions also came under his leadership, such as NBA Entertainment, NBA Chief of Staff, and Special Assistant to the Commissioner.
With players and management, Silver has successfully established his presence by including greater agreement and collaboration. In his tenure as commissioner, he has taken the league to new heights of success.
His foresight has been incredible given the challenges the league faced and with that, he has managed to retain the favours of certain groups as well. His initiatives in the league have been successful so far and under his tutelage, the league is heading in great direction.
