Kristin Juszczyk Strikes Licensing Deal, Debuts Taylor Swift Jacket in Unique NFL Fashion Statement

The NFL has signed a licensing deal with Kristin Juszczyk, the designer of Taylor Swift"s custom down jacket and wife of San Francisco 49ers linebacker Kyle Juszczyk.

The league said Juszczyk received a license to use NFL logos on men"s and women"s uniform designs, without disclosing financial terms.

Juszczyk"s unique puffer jacket went viral on social media after Swift wore it during the Chiefs" playoff game against the Miami Dolphins earlier this month.

This means Juszczyk will be able to use the league"s official logos for future uniform designs that will be sold as officially licensed products.

The Designs by Kristin designer sent Taylor Swift one of her custom repurposed jersey jackets to wear to the Chiefs game against the Miami Dolphins, and the business exploded.

Kristin now boasts 823,000 followers on Instagram, up from the 620,000 she had the week after her Swift jacket went viral.

For San Francisco"s game against the Lions, Juszcyzk wore a longer version of the down jacket she made for Swift, but her jersey was her husband, Kyle"s. It had the number 44 engraved on it. Swift and Mahomes weren"t the only ones to do it.

Taylor Lautner, Twilight star and notable Detroit Lions fan, also went viral when he opened a package on the field at the Lions-Rams game and pulled out a jacket to wear.

He was already wearing a jacket, but he threw the old one to the ground in favor of the Designs by Kristin jacket that was made from an Aidan Hutchinson jersey. Coincidentally, Lautner and Swift dated briefly in 2009.

It"s been nearly three weeks since Kristin said in an interview with The Post that she wanted to turn her designs into a business.

So far, the 49ers WAG has created custom clothing for Brittany Mahomes, the wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the Niners" Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk, actor Taylor Lautner and Olympic athlete Simone Biles, who is married to Packers safety Jonathan Owens.

Kristin blew up on social media when Swift showed off one of her custom down jackets at the Chiefs-Dolphins wild card game in Kansas City earlier this month.

Kristin reportedly gained more than 500,000 followers on Instagram within a week of Taylor Swift wearing the jacket. The brunette beauty currently has 832,000 followers on Instagram and 352,000 TikTok followers as of Jan. 30.

Kristin was also behind Brittany"s white pants with Mahomes" No. 15 during the Chiefs-Eagles game on Nov 20.

The fashionista turned heads in a red jersey wearing her husband"s No. 44 jersey during the 49ers" division game against the Packers on January 20. He explained that Kristin is from the NFL as she hopes to grow her design business.

It was the same game model Olivia Culpo rocked a 49ers bustier and matching arm glove, also made by Kristin. Kristin’s designs aren’t limited to just puffer vests and jackets.

Her "reworked clothing" includes tops, pants, skirts, shoe covers, hats, gloves, blazers, trench coats and more.

Before signing a licensing deal with the NFL, Kristin explained how she hopes to grow her design business.

Christine will be working hard to create her design that will last until the 2024 Super Bowl.

The jackets she designed became popular during the playoffs, especially after Taylor Swift wore one at the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Miami Dolphins in support of Travis Kelce.

Swift may be the most notable name, but she isn"t the only star who has jumped at the chance to wear one of Juszczyk"s jackets:

She even wore one of her own for Sunday"s NFC Championship Game when the 49ers defeated the Detroit Lions:

The timing was perfect for Juszczyk. Because she and Swift will be in the Super Bowl when the 49ers take on the Chiefs on February 11th.

Just days after her custom NFL uniforms went viral, the league, with help from Taylor Swift, awarded her a licensing deal to use their logo in her designs.

It"s all because she received some of the best free marketing ever from Swift, who rocked the down coat design (an ode to Travis" No. 87) to the frigid Chiefs vs. Dolphins game in Kansas City on January 13.

Brittany Mahomes also wore a custom Juszczyk jacket with Patrick Mahomes" number on it…and WAGs aren"t the only ones loving Juszczyk"s custom designs…"Twilight" actor Taylor Lautner, wore it a few weeks ago in a Detroit playoff game against the Lions.

When Swift arrived at Arrowhead Stadium on January 13, she wore a red down coat with Kelce"s number 87 embroidered on the front and sleeves.

The jersey number 87, representing Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, was emblazoned on the sleeve of the jacket with white and yellow stripes. She paired the look with a white hat. Underneath the jacket, Swift opted for black jeans and a matching shirt.

Meanwhile, her friend Brittany Mahomes (wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes) also wore a matching jacket designed by Juszczyk. After the final game on January 13, Mahomes shared a photo of her and Swift on Instagram with the text: “Twinning & Winning."

A few days later, Juszczyk took to Instagram again to share a short clip of herself making Mahomes and Swift jerseys. Kyle Juszczyk told the San Francisco Chronicle that he was proud of his wife"s work after seeing Swift wearing one of the designer"s dresses. “Just happy," he said.

In a video recorded after the game, Kristin Juszczyk pulled up the sleeve of her shirt and revealed the words: “Come to the Super Bowl." In the caption, she also joked: “I"ve got a lot of tricks up my sleeve!"

Kristin Juszczyk was enjoying being at home with her husband Kyle Juszczyk when social media was flooded with her NFL style designs on Saturday. She had concerns about the future of her designs.

“That whole thing should be a Super Bowl commercial itself," the San Francisco 49ers fullback said. And while Kyle promises that his wife will design something for him at “the right moment," there"s another Kyle on the 49ers who has also taken notice of Kristin"s work.

Niners’ coach Kyle Shanahan said his wife has been wanting an original Juszczyk design but since he doesn"t have a jersey number, it wouldn"t work out.

“She"s amazing," Shanahan said of Kristen. So, she gave [Christine] some things that they were trying to do. NFL Wild Card Weekend gave the nation a chance to appreciate Christian"s design.

Kristin has created a brand called Origin and has spent the last three years focusing on creating custom NFL designs. According to Kyle, Kristen spent 20 hours buying matching shirts for Swift, Mahomes and Lautner.

Sometimes Kyle wakes up at 3 or 4 in the morning to find his wife under the floor working on her new build. That"s why Kyle tried to use every means on Saturday to make sure his wife received Swift"s shirt.

He is seen promoting his wife"s activities in the chat section of most social media apps."[It"s] really fun," Kyle said. Over the years, she has worked hard and hard.

Kyle said his wife has heard from every media and fashion brand imaginable. Kristen has more than 400,000 new followers as of Saturday, and Kyle says she"s exploring all new avenues.

“She has a choice now," Kyle said. At least tonight, San Francisco 49ers All-Pro quarterback Kyle Juszczyk isn"t the brightest star in his family.

On Saturday night, Taylor Swift looked like Taylor Swift in a puffy winter coat designed by Juszczyk"s wife, Kristin. Swift wore the jersey of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, at the playoffs Saturday night in chilly Kansas City.

“It is fun," Kyle Juszczyk said Tuesday about his reaction when he saw one of the world"s most famous people wearing something his wife made.

Kristin Juszczyk has been designing for a long time, starting with Halloween costumes and continuing with the outfits she wears to her husband"s games.

This opened up the opportunity to give Swift a Travis Kelce shirt, which Swift wore to Saturday night"s game, making the designer a mini celebrity, attracting the attention of Vogue and ESPN Football Insider Adam Schefter and has received a lot of media attention.

“Honestly, one of the best things is that he combines two different worlds: the world of football that he cares about, the world of fashion, Swifties,"

Juszczyk said.
