According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, “The Oklahoma City Thunder are finalizing a trade to send G Tre Mann and F Davis Bertans to the Charlotte Hornets for Gordon Hayward, sources tell ESPN.”
The Oklahoma City Thunder are standing in the season with a score of 35-16 and are first in the Western Conference. The Thunder squad will reportedly acquire Gordon Hayward, the former All-Star, from the Hornets and, in return, will send Tre Mann and Davis Bertans to Charlotte.
The Horizon League Player of the Year played in thirty-three games this season and has an average of 14.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.6 assists. Hayward had a four-year, $120 million deal with the Hornets and he was in his last year. After the season, Hayward will be a free agent.

Mann has played in thirteen games this season with the Thunder squad and has an average of 3.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists. His shooting percentage from the field is 50 percent. According to sportingnews, veteran Bertans has played a total of fifteen games this campaign and has an average of 2.9 points, 0.7 rebounds and 0.6 assists.
