NFL legend and future Hall of Famer Tom Brady is all set to dazzle on a different platform – Fox Sports.
His approach is all about dedication, learning, and preparation – not so different from his days of ruling the football field.
In his new journey, Brady has sought advice from those who already witnessed the world of sports broadcasting from close quarters.
From his negotiations with cameramen to studying sports show formats, Brady is leaving no stone unturned. One of these mentors is none other than Tony Romo, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, and CBS Sports analyst.
According to The Athletic’s Richard Deitsch, Brady and Romo had a genuine, impactful, and insightful conversation about Brady’s upcoming journey.
Romo referred to it as “Just two buddies talking football,” “I’m excited for him. Tom will exhaust every resource to be as good at this as anybody. I think me and him have similar traits in that we’re going to try and work as hard as humanly possible to be as good as we can be at anything that we care about. He’s doing that. I think it was a genius decision by him to wait a year coming out and prepare himself. He’s going to do a great job. I think he’s going to be outstanding.”
