In an exclusive TikTok interview with NelsonTheProdigy_, Lillard’s lineup revealed both established veterans and rising stars.
Unsurprisingly, Lillard’s selection featured some of the powerhouse names in NBA’s current era.
From the undying brilliance of Curry and James to the strategic agility of Durant and Adebayo, Lillard’s choice of the starting five mirrors the titans of the league.
Interestingly, Lillard chose to include the Miami Heat star Bam Adebayo and himself in his optimal starting team.

Having recently teamed up with Adebayo in the All-Star Game, Lillard’s choice may have been influenced by their on-court chemistry.
However, what raised eyebrows was Lillard’s decision to leave out his team’s superstar, Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Lillard, who had teamed up with Antetokounmpo during the offseason, seemingly overlooked Antetokounmpo, who has unquestionably cemented his spot among the league’s crème de la crème.
Even this year, Antetokounmpo has continued to perform with stellar stats, maintaining impressive averages of 30.8 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 6.4 assists per game.
Perhaps Lillard’s selection was merely an acknowledgment of the formidable league colleagues rather than a snub at Antetokounmpo.
Staying the course, Lillard and Antetokounmpo remain focused on finishing the season on a high note.
Currently, the Bucks, placed third in the Eastern Conference (35-21) are striving to recover from their rocky start in the Doc Rivers era, having lost seven out of 10 games since Rivers’ appointment as head coach.
In their next game, the Bucks will face off with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The team aims to kick into gear post the All-Star break with a commanding victory.
