“My boy Waddle is the future” Tyreek Hill Dismisses Trade Speculation on Jaylen Waddle as ‘Ludicrous’

Over the past two seasons, Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle have developed one of the best duos in the league. They are a formidable receiving tandem for the Miami Dolphins squad, which had an impressive season but crashed in the wild-card round.

Recently, former Miami Dolphins executive vice president Mike Tannenbaum, who also served as a general manager and senior vice president of football operations of the New York Jets from 2006 to 2012, gave his thoughts on a hypothetical trade for the Dolphins squad on ESPN’s Get Up.

The conjectural trade involved Miami sending Jaylen Waddle to the Kansas City Chiefs in the acquisition of cornerback Trent McDuffie. On Wednesday, Tyreek Hill replied to this in one of his posts on Platform X, formerly Twitter.

The prominent talent of the Dolphins said, “My boy waddle is the future , he is better than I was at this point in his career and for people in this fan base to want to trade him is ludicrous.”

As per the Miami Herald, last season Waddle caught 72 passes for 1,014 yards. He also became the first player in the NFL to commence his career with three consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons. He will enter his fourth year of the rookie deal with the Dolphins and will also become eligible for a contract extension.
