The talented cornerback of the San Francisco 49ers and Super Bowl champion, Charvarius Ward, had surgery, and now he has been recovering from the medical procedure.
Ward had recently posted a picture of himself in a surgical gown on his social media with the caption, “surgery was a breeze”. His message did not entail any further information.
However, as per reports, behind him, Vincera Institute is written and the institute is an orthopedic clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, having top-notch injury specialists specialising in core muscle injuries. As per PFT, Ward was also on the injury report due to sustaining a groin injury in the later part of the season.
Ward was, however, present in all the games and recorded 72 tackles, one forced fumble, and five interceptions, and led the league in twenty-three passes deflected as per Pro Football Talk.
