Tom Brady continues to defy logic. Winning seven Super Bowls is impressive enough but now it seems the former NFL superstar is aging backwards.
In a recent video on his X account, Brady released a clip that shows him attempting the 40-yard dash at a practice field. The 96 second video was released along with his wellness brand No Bull and starts off with Brady explaining his intentions while driving to the field.
“24 years ago, I ran a 5.28 40-yard dash,” said Brady. “I’m working out today…If we have some extra time, maybe, just maybe, we give the 40 one more shot.”

The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback proved that he has still got it. The 46-year-old actually completed the 40-yard dash with a better time than he recorded during his combine run. One watch clocked him at 5.12 while another clocked him at 5.18.
Tom Brady officially retired on February 1, 2023 after an illustrious career that saw the quarterback named NFL MVP on three occasions. He is also a 15-time Pro Bowler and five-time Super Bowl MVP.
Brady was not regarded as a top prospect coming out of Michigan and dropped all the way down to the sixth round of the 2000 draft before finally being selected by the New England Patriots. A rigorous work out routine and unique diet plan seem to be working for Brady who looks better now than he did when he graduated college.
