Former NFL quarterback Cam Newton and his girlfriend, comedian Jasmin Brown, announced the arrival of their first child together.
Brown took to Instagram to share the news, combining her signature humor with the excitement of becoming a new mom.
In a series of Instagram Story posts, she humorously navigated the postpartum experience, joking about her desire to wear a thong and even playfully referencing Sisqo"s “Thong Song."
In another light-hearted story, she engaged in a playful conversation with the newborn, amusingly suggesting they could be “diaper twins."
This latest addition to the Newton-Brown family marks the eighth child of the former NFL MVP. Newton has seven children from previous relationships, with five from his ex-fiancée Kia Proctor and two from La Reina Shaw.
Jasmin Brown, who expressed her excitement for motherhood earlier this year, shared, “What excites me the most about motherhood is the fact that I get to go hard for a person that I"ll love with all my life. Everyone that knows me, knows I"m a GIVER. I"m excited to pour all this love I have into my child. I think becoming a mom will honestly complete me. I am truly overjoyed. We already have a special bond from the womb."
