The two-time NBA All-Star, and prominent player of NBA G League’s Salt Lake City Stars, point guard Isaiah Thomas, has recently scored game-high 32 points, including 4 assists, and 5 rebounds, against the Texas Legends.

The Stars defeated the Texas Legends with a concluding score of 127-116. His journey in the NBA commenced with the 2011 NBA Draft, as he was selected in the second round as the 60th overall pick by the Sacramento Kings.

With the Kings, he played from 2011 to 2014, he then joined Phoenix Suns for a season and then went to play with the Boston Celtics. He played with the Celtics from 2015 to 2017.

Thomas had also played with multiple teams in the league, including Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, Denver Nuggets, Washington Wizards, Dallas Mavericks, Charlotte Hornets, and New Orleans Pelicans.

According to the Salt Lake Tribune, the talented player shared, “I’m just super thankful for the opportunity. And I’m here to show that I haven’t lost a step.”

However, the 35-year-old player is looking forward to once again playing in the NBA league and says he is resolutely optimistic. He further shared, “I’m not going to give it up until nobody calls and they’re like, ‘Just stop. This has just been my life. It’s been an amazing run and I’m going to just keep it going.”
