Pittsburgh Pirates reliever Aroldis Chapman is making waves with a recent social media post. Apparently, a video shared on Chapman’s verified Instagram account features the MLB player in an intimate moment with an older woman sitting on a couch.

The footage captures Aroldis Chapman reclining on the woman’s shoulder, involved in physical contact as he rubs her mid-section and gropes her breasts. Initially, the woman reacts by pushing his hand away from her chest, leading to a brief exchange in Spanish between them, with a third person behind the camera.
Presently, the identity of the woman remains uncertain. However, there are swirling speculations, suggesting she might be Chapman’s mother.

According to Cuban baseball reporter Alfre Alvarez, engaging in playful physical interactions with one’s mother and grandmother is considered normal in Cuba.

Alvarez further said that what Chapman did might be perceived as a significant matter in the U.S., but in Cuban culture, it is customary to engage in such light-hearted physical gestures, including grabbing a mother’s breasts or slapping her buttocks. He clarified that these actions are not intended in a sexual manner and are generally viewed as harmless within the Cuban cultural context.

Aroldis Chapman is a seasoned MLB pitcher. Previously, he has played with Cincinnati Reds, New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs, Kansas City Royals, and Texas Rangers.

Making his MLB debut, Chapman earned recognition as the MLB Delivery Man of the Month in July 2012 and secured four consecutive National League All-Star team selections from 2012 to 2015.

After being traded from the Reds to the Yankees in 2015 and subsequently to the Cubs in 2016, Chapman played a crucial role in the Cubs’ victory in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series. Following this achievement, he rejoined the Yankees in the offseason of 2016.

Chapman’s notable accomplishments include breaking the record for the most consecutive relief appearances with a strikeout on July 11, 2014, surpassing Bruce Sutter’s previous mark. His streak spanned 40 consecutive appearances, beginning on August 21, 2013, and concluding on August 13, 2014.

Furthermore, Chapman holds the record for the fastest recorded pitch speed in MLB history, reaching 105.8 miles per hour (170.3 km/h). His pitching earned him the Guinness World Record for the fastest baseball pitch.
