News broke on February 13 concerning allegations against Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. According to reports, Prescott’s representatives were contacted by the legal counsel of a woman, accusing him of sexual assault dating back to February 2017, just after his rookie season with the Cowboys, allegedly occurring outside XTC Cabaret.
The gravity of the situation escalated further when it was revealed that the woman purportedly sought $100 million as a condition to refrain from pursuing criminal charges and to publicly disclose the accusations.
Responding decisively, Dak Prescott has taken legal action against the woman. Prescott’s legal team asserted that she attempted to extort him with baseless and malicious claims. The lawsuit, filed in Collin County, Texas, lists the woman and her attorneys, Bethel Zehaie and Yoel Zehaie, as defendants.
In the filed lawsuit, Prescott’s legal team vehemently denounces the allegations as unfounded and an attempt to exploit him.
Nevertheless, Bethel Zehaie maintains her stance mentioning that they are committed to revealing the truth. Prescott’s attorney, Levi McCathern, has affirmed their determination to thwart any efforts to profit from what they perceive as an extortion attempt against Prescott.
Now, as per the latest reports, it has come to light that there are currently two ongoing police investigations involving Dak Prescott, as reported by Michael Gehlken, a reputable source covering the Dallas Cowboys for the Dallas Morning News.

In other news. Prescott’s personal life saw a moment of joy with the birth of his first child, MJ, with his girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos.
Prescott shared the news at the Children’s Cancer Fund gala, describing his daughter as a heavenly blessing that has transformed his outlook on life.
