NFL Star Tre’Davious White Enters Free Agency Amid Interest from Raiders and Rams

NFL All-Pro cornerback, Tre’Davious White, is set to commence an exciting new chapter in his professional football career.

With a seven-season at the Buffalo Bills now behind him, White is expected to meet with the Las Vegas Raiders and Rams and will explore further opportunities with other teams showing keen interest.

As a first-round pick in 2017, White’s impressive run with the Bills saw him selected for the Pro Bowl twice and an All-Pro recognition in 2019.

His term, however, was degraded by injuries, including a torn ACL in a 2021 Thanksgiving match against the Saints and a torn Achilles tendon in the fourth week of the 2023 season.

Despite these challenges, White has had an outstanding career. The 29-year-old cornerback has appeared in 82 regular-season games, all of them as a starter, and boasted 18 interceptions and five forced fumbles.

Unfortunately, in a major reshuffling, the Bills released him on March 13.

As interest from the Raiders, Rams, and other undisclosed teams progresses, White’s best bet at this point could be a one-year deal.

This offers an excellent opportunity for him to rehabilitate his professional image, potentially positioning him to re-enter free agency in 2025 with even larger prospects.
