According to CBS Sports reporter Josina Anderson, Harris has earned the additional title of assistant head coach.

Harris took his first steps in coaching back in 2012, a jump-start that has seen his career grow tremendously.
He initially served as an intern for the Miami Dolphins before making his way to Kansas City. From 2013 to 2018.
Harris bolstered the secondary of the Kansas City Chiefs, his expertise manifesting in their displays.
Harris spent six years with the Kansas City Chiefs, wearing the hat of the secondary coach. His tenure was marked with significant improvements in the team’s defense, benefiting the team’s overall performance.
In 2019, Harris took up the role of a defensive assistant with Lane Kiffin at Florida Atlantic. His stint shaped him, further preparing him for his current position with the Dallas Cowboys.
Harris arrived at the Dallas Cowboys in 2020 as a defensive backs coach. His knowledge of defense proved invaluable for the team.
In a recent turn of events, the Dallas Cowboys have decided to reward Harris for his hard work and dedication.
This decision came after they previously blocked him from interviewing for a job on Dan Quinn’s staff.
