The Chicago Bears have finally made their decision when it comes to the quarterback position and not everyone is happy about it. A large section of the Bears fanbase were hoping Justin Fields would return after his best season yet. With Fields now officially a Pittsburg Steeler, it seems that the organization is set to pick USC star Caleb Williams with the first overall pick.
While many Chicago fans believe this is a match made in heaven, it is still unclear whether Williams wants to be a Bear. The organization currently holds the first overall pick but that does not guarantee that Williams will be wearing a Bears jersey come September.
Former NFL Rookie of the Year and Pro Bowl quarterback Robert Griffin III is one man that believes Williams should pass on the Bears’ project.
“With everything that just happened with Justin Fields, can Caleb Williams really look at that and say, ‘This is the organization that has my best interest in heart and they are going to help develop me into the player I want to become,” saif Griffin.

Griffin went on to say that Williams should “pull an Eli Manning and demand the Chicago Bears do not draft him no. 1 overall.”
Eli Manning made it clear he did not want to be drafter by the San Diego Chargers and was eventually traded to the New York Giants. He went on to win two Super Bowls for the Giants and was selected to 4 Pro Bowls over his 16 seaons in the NFL.
