Ball, averaging an impressive 20 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 7.4 assists in his four NBA seasons, earned Rookie of the Year and an All-Star selection.
Williams hinted at LaMelo Ball’s potential, reaffirming how vital a young player like him is to a team’s development.
However, Ball’s health remains a persistent concern as he only managed to participate in 51 games during his rookie year, followed by just 36 games last year.
This season, unfortunately, isn’t showing signs of going any differently with Ball suffering another ankle injury.
Transitioning to Brandon Miller, Williams applauded his impressive first NBA year. Commanding respectable statistics, with an average of 16.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists a game, Miller has cemented his place in the starting five.
