The general manager of the Minnesota Vikings, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah who has been with the squad since 2022, recently shared information regarding the 23rd pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.
According to SI via KFAN’s Paul Allen, Adofo-Mensah shared, “That move gave us the best flexibility. I would say at this point there’s a preferred scenario but the process is ongoing, we’re still evaluating things at every position. At the moment I would say there’s a preferred scenario but evaluation is ongoing.”

According to Kevin Seifert of ESPN, “Kwesi Adofo-Mensah to @PAOnTheMic on @KFAN1003 re: Friday’s trade to acquire the No. 23 pick: “We just thought that move gave us the best flexibility for whatever can happen.”
He added: “I would say at this point there is a preferred scenario but the process is ongoing.”

Adofo-Mensah has revealed that they have a plan for the No. 23rd pick in the 2024 NFL Draft and the Vikings have the ambition to move further and they need interests in them as well.
