He has embraced his role as a role-player with the team, understanding the need to contribute to a larger unit.
Dinwiddie’s statistics have also taken a hit, with decreases in points, rebounds, and assists per game.
His efficiency has suffered as well, with a decline in shooting percentages. Advanced stats show a decline in his overall play since joining the Lakers.
Despite these challenges, the Lakers still have a chance to secure a spot in the Play-In tournament with 14 games remaining in the regular season.
LeBron James continues to excel as one of the best players in the game, ranking high in Estimated +/- (EPM).
Anthony Davis is also performing exceptionally well, averaging impressive numbers and displaying strong defensive skills.
Both players will pose a significant challenge for any team they face in the playoffs.

Dinwiddie can say that he’s still that guy but his game hasn’t measured up since coming to the Lakers. He seems like he’s forgotten how to play basketball on both ends & he’s become a bad signing bc he contributes nothing that impacts the team in the 2nd unit!🤷🏾

The game dinwiddie scores 30 we lose, we don't need him to score. He's been great doing the things he does the only problem I have with him is that he has some of the widest open lanes and shots and still makes, yes a good pass, but a pass that is really not needed.
