Talk surrounding the Jets finally moves away from politics as former Dallas Cowboys tackle Tyron Smith signs for the New York team.
The 14-year veteran will be protecting Rodgers, who may or may not start the season dependant on his Vice President ambitions off the back of Robert Kennedy Junior.
But to the field we go and Smith is desperate to make the most of his one-year deal.
“I feel like it’s an amazing new start,” Smith told the team’s website. “What’s being built here is amazing. It’s built to win.”
With new additions tackle Morgan Moses, formerly of the Commanders and guard John Simpson the Jets are building a protective wall around Rodgers.
