Eagles Sign Former Giants WR Parris Campbell to One-Year Deal

The Philadelphia Eagles have reportedly acceded to a one-year contract with former New York Giants wide receiver, Parris Campbell, who was earlier in free agency.

As per Adam Schefter of ESPN, “Former Giants WR Parris Campbell reached agreement on a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles, per sources.”

Campbell was picked up in the 2019 NFL Draft in the second round as the 59th pick. The CFP National Champion of 2015 was selected by the Indianapolis Colts. In the 2022 campaign, the wide receiver delivered one of his best performances, registering 63 receptions, 623 yards, and three touchdowns.

He has played forty-four career games and has started 27 of them. The prominent wide receiver joined the Giants squad with a one-year contract, participated in twelve games and concluded his year with 20 catches for 104 yards.

However, with dynamism of offense provided by the Eagles, the wide receiver will be able to reach successive heights. He becomes the second player from the Giants to join the Eagles squad after running back, Saquon Barkley.
