Steve Kerr’s recent statements on the utilization of Steph Curry in the Golden State Warriors games stirred up a debate, met with criticism from a former NBA player.
Kerr on Curry's minute load tonight: ""We can’t expect to just ride Steph. We’ve put the burden of this franchise on his shoulders for 15 years … If you want to say that him playing 30 minutes instead of 32 is a difference in a win and a loss, I totally disagree with that."

While Kerr highlighted that the team should not solely rely on the two-time MVP superstar, Chandler Parsons, a retired NBA wing, vehemently disagreed.
According to Parsons, it"s now or never – the perfect time for the Warriors to ride Curry.
"[Steve Kerr] sat [Steph Curry] too long…This is when you ride Steph Curry, this is when you push him."@ChandlerParsons reacts to Steve Kerr's postgame comments.

For the Warriors, their predicament gets increasingly tense as the Houston Rockets, fresh off eight consecutive wins, are mounting up pressure on the No. 10 spot.
With only 12 games remaining in the regular season, the Warriors could use every advantage they can get.
Winning two successive games as the No. 10 seed in the West just to reach the playoffs" first round could be an uphill task if they merely make it to the play-in tournament.
Relying on Curry could provide the boost the Warriors need. His performance this season is nothing short of remarkable, averaging 26.8 points, 4.9 assists, and 4.5 rebounds in each game.
His shooting stats stand at an impressive 44.8% from the field and 40.4% from beyond the arc. Kerr might indeed lean on Curry to ensure the Warriors bypass the regular season for a shot at the playoffs.
Complicating things further, 8 out of the Warriors" remaining 12 games are scheduled away, including a crucial face-off with the Rockets on April 4th.
Despite victories in the playoff series and the NBA Finals in the previous seasons, the 2023-24 campaign has turned sideway for the Warriors.
