LeBron James will not be playing against the Milwaukee Bucks due to left ankle soreness.
He has been dealing with this issue for months and missed a previous game against Milwaukee on March 8.
James played 38 minutes in the Lakers’ recent win over the Indiana Pacers, but after experiencing significant discomfort, he is now receiving around-the-clock treatment.
Coach Darvin Ham stated that they will provide an update once James wakes up in the morning.
This game against the Bucks marks the start of a six-game road trip for the Lakers, who are currently 9th in the Western Conference.
D’Angelo Russell, who missed the previous game with a non-COVID illness, is not listed on the injury report.
