The executive vice president of the Cincinnati Bengals, Katie Blackburn, has shared her opinions regarding the team’s NFL Players Association grades.
Blackburn, the daughter of the Bengals owner, Mike Brown, who has been working with the organization for the past several years, mentioned, “Everyone should always be open to feedback. Hopefully, it makes everything better in the future.”
The Bengals have received F-minus in treatment of families, food/cafeteria, nutritionist/dietician, and D-plus in the locker room. For the training room, training staff, and weight room, the squad has received B-plus. In the department of ownership the organization received C-plus as per the NFLPA.com.
However, the aim of the survey is to improve the working environment of the athletes and staff. With the assessments, the owners get a chance to enhance the conditions so that they can achieve mutual goals with a positively functioning atmosphere given to the players.
