The owner of the Washington Commanders, Josh Harris, has vowed to enhance the conditions after receiving the NFL Players Association report card. The Commanders took the last spot on the list.
The ratings were not appealing for the owner, who mentioned, as per JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington, “I’m not an F-minus guy. I didn’t even know you could get an F-minus. Obviously, we’ve jumped all over that; first of all, that report is based on interviews that occurred right around the ownership change. It’s clearly something we’re focused on. In fact, (GM) Adam (Peters) and (head coach) Dan (Quinn) had to leave the NFL meetings briefly to go have a discussion with the architects.”
Josh Harris – “I’m not an F- guy.” Love this answer and this attitude. He knows stuff was broken, won’t tolerate it, is working to fix it but that will take time pic.twitter.com/KeVgNvhe3c

“We’re trying to make a lot of changes there quickly. The NFL player community is a small community; the NFL coaching community is a small community. We want to be a place that everyone says, ‘That’s a great place to be.’ And therefore, we need to upgrade that facility, and we are upgrading that facility.”
He further continued, “We are upgrading the facility and there is only so much you can do by the start of the season, there’s only so much we can do by start of training camp. We’re going to do that and it’s going to be about the player experience.”
The squad received an F-minus in the treatment of families, D-plus in food/cafeteria, B-minus in nutritionist/dietician, F-minus in locker room and training room. In the department of training staff, they have received F. In weight room, they received a C grade, and in strength coaches they got an A. In the department of team travel, the club got F and in head coach they received C. In ownership, they received a B grade according to the NFL Players Association.
Harris has also stated that he intends for the club to improve many facilities. However, he is unsure of when each improvement will be possible considering the constraints of time as well.
