Former UFC champion Conor McGregor has found himself in the crosshairs of criticism from UFC commentator and renowned podcaster Joe Rogan after McGregor suggested that acting is more challenging than fighting.
Joe Rogan reacts to Conor McGregor saying that acting is harder than fighting:
"Listen to me, that’s not true.
Okay, act in Roadhouse or fight Khabib again? Shut the f*** up. Crazy talk."

McGregor, a two-division UFC champion, has been absent from the Octagon for the past three years due to a severe leg injury sustained in his third bout against longtime rival Dustin Poirier.
Recently, McGregor made his foray into Hollywood with a role in the action remake of “Road House," where he plays a negative lead alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.
During promotional activities for the movie, McGregor shared his experiences of transitioning to acting, asserting that it was a demanding endeavor.
Speaking to a news outlet during the premiere of “Road House," McGregor compared the challenges of acting to those of fighting, stating, “Acting is harder. Time consumption, and it"s not just action and fighting and stunts, it"s also remembering the line and you have to time things correctly, you"re engaging with another person. It"s just a difficult game, a lot more difficult than I gave it credit for."
However, McGregor"s remarks did not sit well with Joe Rogan, who rebuked McGregor"s assertion on his podcast. Rogan vehemently disagreed with McGregor"s comparison, urging him to reconsider his stance.
“That"s not true. Act in ‘Road House" or fight Khabib again. Shut the f* up. That is crazy talk," Rogan remarked… “He broke his f* leg in a fight. He broke his leg. Like, that"s harder. That"s way harder than f* acting."
