The Dallas Cowboys and the three-time Pro Bowl free-agent running back, Ezekiel Elliott, have similar interests moving forward. It has been reported by ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

The deal, however, has not yet reached its further stages but both parties are open to the agreement. The CFP national champion of 2014 was selected in the 2016 NFL Draft in the first round as the fourth pick.

He was picked by the Dallas Cowboys and with them he played from 2016 to 2022, then joined the New England Patriots on a one-year $3 million deal. Elliott played in all seventeen games with the Patriots and during the concluding weeks, he saw more workload as Rhamondre Stevenson was down with an ankle sprain.

Elliot led the Patriots in rushing yards and receptions and played fifty-one percent of his offensive snaps. He concluded with 642 yards on 184 carries, including three touchdowns. His receptions were the highest, with 51 for 313 yards, as per ESPN.

He was the NFL rushing yards leader in both 2016 and 2018. The CFP national champion offensive MVP, has recorded 8,904 yards including 71 touchdowns in his career.
