Cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, who recently joined the Tennessee Titans after being traded from the Kansas City Chiefs, addressed concerns about his knee during his introductory press conference.
Reports had suggested that there were issues with his knee, but Sneed dismissed these claims, stating, “Ain’t nothing wrong with my knee.” He emphasized that he played the entire previous season without any problems and that there is no real issue with his knee.

Despite concerns, Sneed played in all but one game last season, which was when the Chiefs rested their starters. Sneed’s impressive stats from the past two seasons indicate that he was not hampered by any knee issues on the field. He assured the Titans that he knows how to manage his knee and is focused on playing football.
L’Jarius Sneed, the Tennessee Titans’ newly acquired cornerback, has played in 15 games in 2021 and all 17 games in 2022. Despite concerns about his knee health, Sneed performed exceptionally well and has become one of the NFL’s top cornerbacks.
The Minnesota Vikings were also interested in trading for him but backed out due to those health concerns. Sneed insists that his knees are fine and mentioned having previous minor issues.
He played in 98% of the defensive snaps for the Kansas City Chiefs last season, indicating that his knee problem, if any, wasn’t debilitating.
Sneed had an impressive 2023 season with 78 tackles, interceptions, and no allowed touchdowns. He was traded by the Chiefs after being tagged as the franchise player and signed a significant contract with the Titans.
