“Tomorrow will be an opportunity to end their season, their playoff hopes” Warriors Draymond Green set forth bold message ahead of Rockets game

The Golden State Warriors are 41-34 for the season and are tenth in the Western Conference. They have recently defeated the Dallas Mavericks with a final score of 104-100. The Mavericks are 45-30 for the season and occupy fifth position in the same conference.

During the latest episode of “The Draymond Green Show” the four-time NBA champion and All-Star clearly revealed his opinions regarding the Houston Rockets and ending their payoff run.

He mentioned via ClutchPoints, “Really big time win for us, especially with the Rockets coming out to play. They have lost a couple in a row and, three games behind with seven games left and you’re losing the tiebreaker. So four games behind in a sense. With seven to go, uh, my math serves me correctly. Tomorrow will be an opportunity to end their season…their playoff hopes. If my math serves me correctly, maybe there will be one more game. I haven’t looked that up. That’s just some rough math for you. Math geniuses out there. That’s going to be like, no, they’re not mathematically eliminated. And you like great. Almost.”

Tari Eason, the power forward of the Houston Rockets had earlier mocked the Warriors. In one of his Instagram posts, the player giving a reference of the movie “The Warriors”, he stated, “I know they not liking this!!!. Warriorrrrssss, come out to play! Yeah, just like that!

Eason will be out for the season due to a benign growth on his lower leg which became intense after a hit as revealed by head coach Ime Udoka. For the growth he underwent surgery recently. After locking horns with the Rockets, the Warriors will next face the Dallas Mavericks and then the Utah Jazz.
