The Kansas City Chiefs, with three consecutive Super Bowls, are gearing up for another season, and so is Travis Kelce for his 12th NFL season with the Chiefs.

In 11 seasons, Kelce has won three Super Bowls, a recent one coming just two months ago, and his offseason workout routine seems the all-time great tight end is far from retirement.

Travis Kelce’s trainer shared a look at the Super Bowl winner’s intense workout regimen he’s using to stay fit in the off-season.

Posted on X, Kelce recently shared a clip of him getting back to the lab and working out, getting in some intense work before the 2024 NFL season.

In the video, Kelce at 34 was seen running unbelievably fast on a treadmill, sprinting up a parking garage exit, and executing balancing and resistance exercises. Kelce trainer Laurence Ng commented on the video with the words, “Year 12!”

Kelce had experienced a relatively down year in account personal statistics after suffering a high-ankle sprain early in the Chiefs’ 2023 campaign.

He told WSJ. Magazine late last year,

“That’s the only thing I’ve never really been open about … the discomfort. The pain. The lingering injuries of the 10 surgeries I’ve had, every single surgery to this day.”

However, when Kansas City needed him most, the 34-year-old tight end turned it on to lead his team to yet another Super Bowl title.

Kelce and Patrick Mahomes enjoy one of the most spectacular and impactful connections in NFL history, especially in the postseason.
