The stage for WrestleMania XL is all set to be a two-night extravaganza on Saturday, April 6, and Sunday, April 7, announced by WWE on Monday night’s episode of Raw.

For the most anticipated annual event of WWE, Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field is expected to be fully packed on April 6 and 7 with a series of thrilling action awaited.

WWE’s big event for the 40th anniversary will air live on April 6 and 7 at 7 p.m. ET exclusively on Peacock for fans to tune in and stream all the big matches line up.

The extra hype and buzz escalating for the annual event is the return of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, one of WWE’s top stars in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Many big matches are lined up including The Rock wrestling, his first true match in 11 years and Roman Reigns putting his world title reign of over 1,300 days on the line against Cody Rhodes.

One of the most awaited fights and spotlight of the event is WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Reigns defending his title against Cody Rhodes on April 7.

The two will also square off on Saturday night in a tag-team match, with Reigns paired with The Rock and Rhodes paired with Seth Rollins.

Marking the 40th anniversary of Wrestlemania, the fifth time a WrestleMania has been held over the course of two nights. It will feature wrestlers from the Raw and SmackDown brands.

Other center stage matches scheduled are the appearance of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, The Undertaker, and John Cena, a cherry on top of an already highly anticipated event.
