Across his illustrious NFL career, Aaron Donald, future Hall of Famer, has faced numerous teams and countless formidable opponents.
However, Donald, a future Hall of Famer, amidst all his triumphs, vented out his frustrations during his appearance on the Green Light podcast with Chris Long.
He outlined an era when he despised playing against the formidable Philadelphia Eagles, primarily because of their center, Jason Kelce.
Aaron Donald HATED PLAYING THE #EAGLES because of how damn good Jason Kelce was, he put him through hell.

“I guess I’m wondering, like, was there one team that always had a good plan?” Long asked.
“Philly,” Donald said. “I hated playing against Philly.”
One of the highlights of Donald’s impressive career was the intense rivalry between the Eagles and him that sometimes felt like an impossible challenge.
This was not a result of any chronic illness or incapabilities. It was simply a case of going against a team that knew how to play its cards right, specifically, Jason Kelce’s ability to provide a rock-solid defense.
Donald opened up about his struggles when he was double-teamed practically throughout the games against the Eagles.
He highlighted Jason Kelce’s quickness, which often left him exposed to this double threat.
“(Jason) Kelce’s little fast ass always ran full-(speed), Donald said. He would snap the ball and run right over. I’d be like, ‘Bro, you got some good guards. Let them work. You don’t have to help them every time.’ He told me, ‘I’m not letting you ruin the game.'”
With Kelce announcing his retirement this offseason, their future interactions may now be limited to the Hall of Fame’s corridors.
“Every time I played the Eagles, I never really got any one-on-ones. I got one or two in the game and that would be it. If you don’t win your one-on-one, you’re done. You’ll get double-teamed for the rest of the game.”
Regardless of the Eagles’ obstacles in his path, Aaron Donald’s NFL stint remains praiseworthy.
His overall record boasts an impressive 111 sacks in 154 games, and an astonishing 543 combined tackles, which include 176 tackles for losses.
