Eagles’ Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson jump into WWE WrestleMania XL Spotlight

Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Lane Johnson and his recently retired teammate Jason Kelce made a grand appearance at WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia.

The thrilling tag team match, they participated in, shook Saturday night to its core.

Highlighting one of the most anticipated off-season events, WrestleMania XL became the epicenter of the cross-over between NFL and WWE.

The stage became more electric as Kelce and Johnson stepped out of their comfort zones in football to step into the ring amidst an audience of 72,543 fans.

Kelce and Johnson initially came out wearing masks adorning the Eagles logo. As the tension brewed, culmination moment arrived when their side savor the victory, and the duo, sending shockwaves, unveiled their identities.

After the match, Johnson, filled with euphoria, revealed that participating in WrestleMania was his dream.

On a similar note, Kelce admitted being a long-time admirer of Rey Mysterio, which made his involvement in the match even more memorable.

“We grew up watching Rey, just such huge fans,” Kelce said

The Mysterio and Andrade vs. Santos Escobar and “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio tag team wrestling match turned out to be a ground-breaking event as these two athletic worlds merged, especially for Johnson and Kelce.
