Kyle Van Noy is set to return to the Baltimore Ravens after a successful 2024 season. The 33-year-old finalized a two-year agreement with the organization this week, which could be worth up to $9 million (plus incentives), according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport.
Since being drafted by the Detroit Lions in 2014, Van Noy has bounced around the league. Along with the Lions, he had stints with the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Chargers. The move to Baltimore last year, however, seemed to take his game to new heights. In 2023, the defensive lineman finished with nine sacks, 30 tackles, nine tackles for loss and nine quarterback hits.
The Ravens philosophy seems to suit Van Noy and he is definitely excited about returning to the talented defense.
“I really bought into what we were doing last year, said Van Noy per NFL.com. “I feel honored to put on a Ravens jersey on and compete for another championship. It didn’t end the way we wanted to. To be able to come back with another group and go at it to get another trophy is a blessing. I had my eyes set on this place the whole time. It wasn’t a matter of if. It was a matter of when.”

The Ravens boasted one of the best defenses in the NFL last season ranking first in points allowed per game (16.5) and sixth in total yards allowed per game (301.4). The team went 13-4 to win their division but fell just short of an appearance in the Super Bowl.
