Myles Turner believes he has figured out the key to the success of Pacers teammate TJ McConnell.

Both players scored 22 points apiece in Indiana’s win over the Heat.

“I think he takes it personal when he sees white boys guarding him. That’s just another thing I see from him too. He wants to be THE white boy.”

McConnell, standing at 6 ft 1 went undrafted in 2015 spending five seasons with the 76ers before a 2019 move to the Pacers.

The Pacers edged home 117-115 to move into a playoff spot in sixth position in the Eastern Conference.
