The former NBA icon turned famed podcaster and analyst for ESPN, JJ Redick, has caught every eye with new podcast “Mind the Game” which he co-hosts with the four-time NBA champion and twenty-time All-Star, LeBron James.
The podcast has been attracting a large audience and the social media community has been responding well to the analysis provided by NBA icons. Redick shared his experience on one of the episodes of “FLAGRANT” podcast by Andrew Schultz and Aakash Singh and mentioned, “Nothing surprised me. What’s interesting is we typically have seen LeBron in a press conference where he’s talking. To get him in that setting, he’s awesome at it.”
Redick also revealed during the episode how the podcast with LeBron got started and how the NBA legend set up a meeting with Redick to discuss the podcast. Redick shared, “There’s always been a mutual level of respect as players, so we saw each other in December with the folks on his side and had a conversation, and that kind of just got the ball rolling.”
The ESPN analyst further explained, stating, “The second part of the conversation was the part where you’re in the room and you’re just floating, because it’s so pure.”
The second episode and third episode of “Mind the Game” is released and the ESPN analyst has shared that he plans to record two episodes at a time.
