Seahawks, Panthers, Patriots and Titans kick off their preseason training Monday

A quartet of NFL teams kick off their NFL preseason today with the Seahawks, Panthers, Patriots and Titans ready for action.

Apart from Seattle the other three teams are coming off poor seasons and no playoff action so it makes sense for them to start early.

And another common denominator is that all four teams have new head coaches.

Mike MacDonald will be taking over Seattle, Carolina will welcome Dave Canales, Patriots will see in a new era with Jerod Mayo and Tennessee will be excited to work with Brian Callahan.

The Falcons, Commanders and Chargers kicked off their new campaigns last week.
