All Elite Wrestling (AEW) recently aired footage from last summer’s All-In event. The footage showcased an altercation between CM Punk and Jack Perry, shedding light on the incident that had been shrouded in mystery. The one-minute clip, devoid of audio, was broadcast on Dynamite, fueling the storyline leading up to an upcoming tag team championship match.

In the footage, Perry, also known as Jungle Boy and the son of the late actor Luke Perry, can be seen backstage after his match at Wembley Stadium. Punk approaches him, leading to a heated exchange before Punk shoves Perry, inciting further confrontation. Samoa Joe intervenes to break up the scuffle.

Following the incident, an enraged Punk confronts AEW president Tony Khan, leading to his eventual firing from the promotion. Punk returned to WWE shortly after. In response to the released footage, Punk posted a photo referencing the aftermath of the Iraq invasion in 2003.

In a recent interview, punk shared his side of the story, explaining his actions and expressing his frustration with the situation. After his suspension, AEW likely released the footage to integrate Perry into their television show storyline.
