Former NFL linebacker Terrell Suggs found himself in trouble with the law after being arrested for assault in Arizona. The incident reportedly took place at a Starbucks drive-thru on March 10, where Suggs allegedly threatened another customer with a gun.
According to police documents obtained by TMZ, the altercation began when Suggs bumped into another person"s car while reversing at the drive-thru. Verbal altercations followed, during which Suggs allegedly made threatening remarks and brandished a handgun, although it was never pointed directly at the victim.

The 41-year-old Suggs was charged with assault and offences against public order. He was arrested on Tuesday and later released from custody. In a statement to ESPN, Suggs explained that he felt threatened during the incident and feared for his safety and that of his family.
As part of his release, Suggs will have to surrender any weapons. Suggs, known for his successful NFL career spanning 17 seasons, won two Super Bowl titles and earned numerous accolades, including NFL Defensive Player of the Year twice.
